Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UAT scripts
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven documentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries a plus
