Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows and data models using Visio/SQL
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and technical specs
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solution designs
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in tech or healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong documentation skills with experience in BRDs and user stories
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
