Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and data models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy
- Validate solution effectiveness through testing and UAT coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare or logistics industries preferred
