Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document processes and define KPIs
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure project alignment
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visual dashboards
- Maintain and update project documentation in JIRA/Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience or equivalent internship
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in UML diagrams and user stories
- Excellent verbal/written communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity preferred
- Experience with requirements gathering in healthcare or SaaS industries a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
