Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define project scope and success metrics.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, and Product Management to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to leadership on KPIs and milestone achievements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data integrity and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or process mapping.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while managing multiple priorities effectively.
