Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize complex business workflows.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Testing & QA Support: Assist in the quality assurance process by creating test plans and validating system functionalities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is a plus.
