Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software and process improvements.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to determine the impact of proposed changes.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the development team.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports to communicate progress to leadership.
- Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization within current business processes.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and documentation software.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
