Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Review and document current business workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise requirements specifications, use cases, and user stories for development teams.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Testing Support: Assist in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate bug reporting with the QA team.
- Process Improvement: Propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or systems analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of resolving complex business problems.
