Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze current business processes and data flows to recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Create detailed functional requirements, user stories, and system specifications using industry-standard documentation tools.
- Develop data models and process flows to visualize complex business logic.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
