Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product lines.
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation.
- Establish governance frameworks for new tech adoption and risk management.
- Mentor a team of engineers and product managers focused on futuristic solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact roadmaps for large-scale organizations.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML trends, specifically generative models and predictive analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing budgets over $5M.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
