Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to translate business objectives into clear requirements
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Analyze operational data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against business requirements
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align on project deliverables
- Document business rules and system configurations for development teams
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive dashboards for performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or healthcare
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML or BPMN
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
