- Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and use case diagrams.
- Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses to compare current capabilities with desired future states.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business units, ensuring clear communication of project status and deliverables.
- Testing Support: Assist in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
