Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and reporting for key stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of business initiatives and projects.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
