Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical solutions.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
