Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop SQL queries and Excel dashboards to support decision-making
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Document requirements and maintain clear audit trails
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and data visualization tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and requirement-gathering frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating analysis impact (required)
