Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to elicit and document detailed business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation artifacts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on project goals
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to executive leadership
- Validate solution effectiveness through testing and continuous feedback loops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation and process improvement examples
