Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure accurate project scoping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including use cases, functional requirements, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and track the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions with end-users.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the business process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
