Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BRDs, functional specs, and process maps.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather critical data and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product) to ensure seamless implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
