- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for executive leadership.
- Compose, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings.
- Maintain accurate records and manage office inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely part-time.
