Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and CRM systems with professionalism
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Support cross-departmental projects by compiling data and creating executive summaries
- Act as primary liaison for vendor relationships and procurement requests
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional errands (mileage reimbursed)
