Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential corporate communications and reports
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain digital filing systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholder communications
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
- Conduct market research and compile competitive intelligence reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in deadline-driven corporate environments
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license required
