Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and corporate documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation materials
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and vendor communications
- Support event planning and corporate meeting logistics
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of administrative support in a corporate setting
