Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist in the organization of corporate events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- Maintain and update filing systems and databases to ensure information is easily retrievable and compliant.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and adhere to corporate compliance standards.
- Process invoices and assist with general office management duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a corporate administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
