- Manage confidential documentation and corporate compliance records
- Prepare board reports and financial summaries using Excel/PowerPoint
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and project tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99.8% accuracy standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (minimum)
- 3+ years corporate administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of corporate compliance protocols
