Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential corporate communications and documentation
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions accurately
- Support HR functions including onboarding and compliance documentation
- Prepare executive presentations and corporate reports in MS Office Suite
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data security protocols
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external partners
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 2 years corporate administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional errands
