Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Manage confidential documentation, contracts, and corporate records
- Prepare and edit high-impact correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory and vendor management
- Support cross-departmental projects with administrative coordination
- Maintain digital filing systems with advanced organizational protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate administrative experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong project coordination and multitasking capabilities
- Professional certification in Office Administration preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Flexible availability during weekday business hours (9am-5pm)
