- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating cross-departmental meetings
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire documentation and orientation materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for executive staff
- Support special projects including data compilation and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of corporate administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
