Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and project documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data compliance standards
- Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Assist with vendor relations and procurement tasks
- Perform ad-hical administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 3+ years in corporate administrative support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and time management skills
