- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Coordinate departmental projects and events with attention to detail
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive teams
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with corporate policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of executive assistant experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
