Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational budgets and resource allocation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Present complex financial insights through clear visualizations and executive presentations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting to non-financial stakeholders
- Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Preferred: CPA or CFA certification
