Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate departmental events, meetings, and logistics for executive initiatives
- Manage expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking for executive teams
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for digital and physical records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of executive support experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Availability for 25 hours/week during standard business hours
