- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and project tracking
- Handle expense reports and budget monitoring for executive teams
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize corporate events and maintain executive filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- 3+ years of administrative/executive support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
