- Coordinate complex executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate meeting logistics and minute-taking
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical records
- Support special projects with research and data compilation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive support experience in corporate settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with calendar management tools (Calendly, Doodle)
