Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, complex scheduling, and international travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential board materials, presentations, and financial reports
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and stakeholder communications
- Oversee budget tracking and expense reconciliation processes
- Serve as primary liaison for internal and external executive communications
- Implement document management systems and maintain secure records
- Lead special initiatives including event planning and process optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years executive support experience in corporate or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification
- Advanced calendar management and meeting coordination expertise
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
