Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and M&A projects
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and SAP systems
- Present findings to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- SAP or ERP system expertise with financial modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- CPA or CFA certification a significant plus
