Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for complex initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through status reports and executive presentations
- Manage project budgets and track KPIs using Jira and Asana
- Mentor junior team members in project management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven success in managing cross-functional tech projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
