Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and marketing
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage risk mitigation and change control processes
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in MS Project, Asana, and resource management tools
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
