Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage client expectations
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Track KPIs using Jira/Asana and provide weekly progress reports
- Identify/mitigate risks and implement contingency plans
- Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams for seamless deployment
- Maintain project documentation and process optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/software
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
