Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and status reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for seamless execution
- Track budget adherence and optimize resource utilization
- Maintain Jira/Asana project artifacts and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Trello)
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across time zones
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in MS Project and Gantt chart creation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
