Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across C-suite clients
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or finance
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expert proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management (>$1M projects)
