Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables, implementing corrective actions when needed
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status reports and meetings
- Manage project budgets, risks, and quality assurance processes
- Maintain and optimize project documentation in Jira and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and distributed stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- San Diego residency required for local collaboration needs
