Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation alignment
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones
- Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar PM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
