- Implement process improvements using Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience with remote teams
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and collaboration tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in IT or software development projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
