Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive presentations
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP/Certified ScrumMaster preferred
- Proven track record managing software development or marketing initiatives
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
