Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Design) to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through regular status updates and presentations
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with software/tech projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
