Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines within 10-15 concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality deliverables
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to resolve roadblocks
- Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Report progress to senior leadership using KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience with PMP or CPM certification
- Proven track record in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Trello)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
