Responsibilities
- Execute project lifecycles using Jira and Asana with 95% on-time delivery rate
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions with distributed teams
- Manage risk registers and change requests with clear escalation protocols
- Produce executive dashboards tracking budget, scope, and quality metrics
- Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Mentor junior PMs through our structured onboarding program
Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience with PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Proven track record in tech or healthcare verticals
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Confluence, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder management
