Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Track KPIs and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget constraints
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or startup environments
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with SaaS product development lifecycle
