Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines using Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Lead risk mitigation and resource allocation for 3-5 concurrent projects
- Implement Jira, Trello, and Asana for project tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and marketing teams for seamless delivery
- Prepare project documentation including scope statements and post-mortem analyses
- Maintain budget adherence and provide monthly financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with PMP or CSM certification
- Proven track record in IT, software development, or marketing projects
- Expertise in Microsoft Project, Asana, and budget management tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred
