Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure alignment
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech/startups
- PMP or CSM certification preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
